Transportation EIT/Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Work on a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects
- Take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans, and construction estimates
- Provide assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications, and calculations
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
- Familiarity and demonstrated experience with Highways and Roads engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation and Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Infraworks and Civil3D
- Previous internship or entry-level engineering experience
- Experience using Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
- Engineer In Training (EIT) or the ability to obtain
Candidates hired without the EIT will be hired as a Transportation Design Coordinator and will be expected to obtain the EIT for career progression.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles are eligible for limited benefits.
