Pay

Pay Range $15 - $20/

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to assigned locations.
• Report on maintenance issues.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain and clean company vehicles.
• Provide all guests with information about activities at the Casino and local area.
• Maintain daily vehicle inspection logs.
• Load/ unload guests luggage/ski equipment.
• Document all trips accurately prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each.
• Operate ethically to protect the image of Hard Rock.
• Lives the Brand.
• Utilize programs designed to help Save the Planet.
• Other assignments as directed.

Non-essential Job Functions

• Attend seminars when needed.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience: Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Two years’ minimum driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Additional Requirements (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Board standards.
• Must successfully pass background check.
