Transportation Digital Delivery Manager
Lead the Area Transportation digital delivery practice
You will lead the Area Transportation digital delivery practice by setting strategy, accelerating adoption, and helping project teams deliver more coordinated, data-rich, model-based outcomes.
Partner with Project Managers
- Define BIM scope and fees
- Develop and apply BIM Execution Plans
- Execute model-based project standards and protocols across disciplines, clients, and delivery partners
BIM/Digital Delivery Lead on Major Projects
- Provide regular coordination, guidance, and check-ins with BIM and digital design leads across other Area transportation projects
- Serve as a hands-on BIM and digital delivery leader for major projects
- Resolve delivery issues and share best practices
Standardize BIM, CDE, QA/QC, and Model Governance Practices
- Improve consistency, reduce rework, and strengthen confidence in model-based deliverables
- Develop, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary network of digital design leads and BIM managers
- Create clear expectations, shared practices, and career development pathways
Integrate Advanced BIM Uses
- Implement advanced BIM uses such as clash detection, 4D phasing, model health assessments, XR, digital twins, GIS+BIM integration, and asset management
Collaborate with Leadership
- Align digital delivery strategy
- Establish consistent standards
- Share best practices
- Influence tool and workflow decisions
- Support scalable adoption across transportation projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of transportation infrastructure experience, including BIM/VDC leadership on complex roadway, rail, bridge, or linear infrastructure programs
- Experience with Civil 3D, Revit, OpenRoads Designer, Navisworks, BIM 360/Forma, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud/iTwins, Synchro, or similar platforms
- Experience implementing advanced BIM uses such as clash detection, 4D phasing, model health assessments, XR, digital twins, GIS+BIM integration, and asset management
- Familiarity with ProjectWise/Forma CDE workflows, CAD standards/workspaces, ISO 19650 principles, reality capture, and existing-conditions data integration
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree or a combination of education and related industry experience
- A minimum of 5 years related industry experience
- Advanced skillset of 3D design software and document management infrastructure
- Advanced skillset of 3D Coordination tool
- Competency of Microsoft Office products and communication tools
- Advanced understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices, along with discipline codes and specifications
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organizational traits are essential

Location and Compensation
The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.)
