Primary Responsibilities
- Aid in or lead transportation planning and engineering studies on various projects in Wisconsin
- Create environmental and design documentation, including report writing
- Contribute to automated highway design tasks such as plan preparation, drainage design, quantity takeoffs, and construction cost estimating
- Involvement in and leadership of public engagement activities
- Support project pursuit efforts by preparing proposals, providing project interview support, and estimating effort for new projects
- Act as a technical resource for project staff and assist with their professional development
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
- At least 8 years of transportation design experience
- A professional engineering license from the State of Wisconsin is required
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
- Experience with the WisDOT facilities development process is highly preferred
- Applicable U.S. based work experience
