Schedule
Full Time: Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm
Responsibilities
- Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours, including, but not limited to, coverage of designated medical transportation days
- Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation
- Enter and manage transportation requests in our digital transportation management system, ensuring schedules are accurate and aligned with community transportation guidelines and availability
- Maintain vehicle readiness by completing routine inspections and ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition
- Support the Entertainment & Programming team with scheduled outings and events, including planning, logistics, resident participation, and adherence to safety protocols and return schedules
- During non-driving hours, provide community support as needed, including programming, interdepartmental support, and other operational tasks, maintaining consistent productivity throughout scheduled work hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 21 years of age and have a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Must have a valid state Driver's License (Class E in Missouri) and Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles, buses, and mobility lift systems while assisting residents with mobility needs
- Previous experience with older adults, transportation, or coordination preferred
