Transportation Coordinator

About the RoleSupporting the transportation operations of a well-established logistics company, the Transportation Coordinator will coordinate routes, communicate with customers and team members, and keep the day-to-day running smoothly. This position works Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM with some overtime opportunities available. What You'll DoSupport daily transportation operations and administrative tasks.Use our electronic dispatch system to coordinate transportation activities.Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and coworkers.Keep schedules, records, and other information organized and up to date.Handle multiple tasks while staying organized and meeting deadlines.Help solve scheduling challenges and adjust plans when needed.Work closely with the transportation team and brokers to provide excellent customer service.
