Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor (TCIS)
Duties
- Serve as Lead Inspector on transportation construction inspections on Highway, Bridges, Environmental, Traffic, and Facilities type projects
- Write daily progress reports
- Oversight of contractor work crews to ensure compliance with contract documents
- Reading and interpretation of contract documents to verify safe construction practices
- Completion of documentation of materials, labor compliance, safety, processing estimates, work orders, and adjustments
- Reporting on-site activities and daily progress to the Project Engineer via standardized reporting
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum experience and certification criteria for PennDOT Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor 1
- Knowledgeable in PennDOT Road & Bridges specifications and standards
- Knowledge of mathematics to include algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Demonstrating ability to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary (Valid driver's license is required)
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Proficient in Site Manager, or other project management software
Pay
A competitive salary range of $29.58 to $33.82 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Role
Our employees are the most critical part of ATCS. For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $29.58 to $33.82 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for overtime and an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
