To monitor and inspect contracted wrecker companies, transportation providers, and for-hire vehicles—including taxicabs, luxury sedans, limousines, shuttles, and related non-motorized transportation (e.g., horse and carriage, pedicabs)—to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, codes, ordinances, and laws.

Requirements
- Completion of two (2) years of college coursework in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related area, and two (2) years of administrative experience involving enforcement and interpretation of codes, ordinances, and laws, or one (1) year of such experience plus one (1) year of computer experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver’s License before employment and maintain it for the duration of employment.
- Obtain Citation Authority Certification within three (3) months of employment and maintain certification for the duration of employment.
- Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends and respond to emergency calls as required.

Prescriptions: Tier 1 (10% after deductible), Tier 2 (20% after deductible), Tier 3 (30% after deductible), Tier 4 ($80 co-pay after deductible).

- Base Plan: $0 (employee); $17.46 (family) per pay period.
- High Plan: $8.77 (employee only); $44.38 (family) per pay period.
- Vision (VSP): $0 (employee); $1.00 (family) per pay period. $0 deductible; $10 co-pay for well-vision exam (once every 12 months) plus $50 co-pay for materials (lenses, frames, or contact lenses). $150 allowance for frames (once every 24 months) or $105–$210 allowance for contact lenses (once every 12 months).
- Life Insurance: Basic life benefit is 2× salary (3× for mid-managers and above). Premium fully employer-paid.

- Long-Term Disability: 60% of salary after a 6-month waiting period and 6-month elimination period.
Retirement
- Mandatory participation in the 2014 Defined Benefit Plan for full-time, non-uniform employees. Contribution rates: 4.5% (employee), 9% (employer).
Other Compensation
- Longevity Pay: $4/month for each year of service up to 5 years; $6/month for each year beyond 6 years.
- Paid Time Off (PTO):
- Up to 3 years of service: 160 hours annually.
- 3–10 years: 200 hours annually.
- 10–20 years: 224 hours annually.
- 20+ years: 256 hours annually.
- Short-Term Disability Leave: 48 hours annually.
- Funeral Leave: 3 days for immediate family; 4 days if the funeral is out-of-state.
