Transportation Clerk
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting.
First, identify sections:
- About the role: maybe "Primary Function" description. Also company overview? But we should not repeat job title. Provide a short paragraph about role.
- Responsibilities: list of specific responsibilities.
- Requirements: maybe "Minimum Qualifications" and "Physical Requirements". Could be separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for those categories; we can decide.
- Skills: maybe "Excellent communication", "computer skills", etc.
- Benefits: list of benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Low Premium/Low Deductible, Prescription Plan, Free Teladoc, PTO, 8 Paid Holidays, 401(k) Plan with 4% match, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Educational Assistance Program, Disability Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Additional Life, Accident, and other coverages, plus other employee activities? But benefits section should be only if posting actually states them. Yes.
- Pay: "Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay, incentives, and bonuses, and reward experience." That's a statement about pay. So we can include Pay section.
- Schedule: "Work Week: Our standard work week is Monday through Friday, with exceptions for critical needs." So schedule section.
We need to avoid boilerplate like safety culture etc? Safety is mentioned but could be part of About the role or maybe not needed. We can include safety in About the role? But we should preserve all substantive information. However we should remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Safety is not boilerplate; it's part of culture. Could be included in About the role.
Leadership Development etc also could be part of About the role or Benefits? It's not a benefit per se but could be part of About the role. We'll include in About the role.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, benefits list, maybe qualifications list.
We need to use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to ensure we only output HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Let's extract content.
First, company overview: Could be part of About the role? Might be separate but we don't have a heading for company overview. Could include in About the role as prose.
Let's structure:
About the role

Assist in processing and maintaining paperwork and phone calls for the Transportation department. Assist with communication of driver staff. ... plus company overview and culture statements.
But we need to keep all substantive info. Let's gather all prose not list.

We need to keep them as list items.
Minimum Qualifications list:

- Preferred transportation experience and customer service.
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and comply with all safety policies and practices
- Excellent, on-site attendance and predictability a must; Be able to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to meet physical assessment requirements for this position
We could combine Minimum Qualifications and Physical Requirements under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can use headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide.
We could have:
Requirements
list of Minimum Qualifications and Physical Requirements
Or separate Requirements and Qualifications. Since we have both "Minimum Qualifications" and "Physical Requirements", we could put them under Requirements.
Skills: maybe we can extract skills like strong computer skills, good math and reading, excellent customer service, communication, organizational, problem solving, attention to detail, prioritization, etc. But many are already in qualifications. Could create Skills section for those that are skill-based: strong computer skills, good math and reading skills, excellent customer service and communication, ability to interact effectively, attention to detail, problem solving, organizational skills, prioritization, etc. However we risk duplication. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can list them under Skills if appropriate, but we must not invent or summarize away detail. If we put them under Skills, we still need to keep them somewhere else? Could move them from Requirements to Skills, but then we would lose them from Requirements. Better to keep them under Requirements (or Qualifications) and not duplicate. Since we have limited headings, we can combine.
We need Benefits section: list of benefits.
Benefits list:
- Medical, Dental and Vision Low Premium/Low Deductible
- Prescription Plan
- Free Teladoc
- PTO
- 8 Paid Holidays
- 401(k) Plan with 4% match
- Life Insurance
- Employee Assistance Program
- Educational Assistance Program
- Disability Insurance
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment
- Additional Life, Accident, and other coverages
Also Employee Activities: Appreciation cookouts, Family Day, product discounts, community support, extra vacation contest and other monthly activities. Could be considered benefits? Might be under Benefits as well. But the instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Employee Activities is specific content; could be part of Benefits or maybe a separate section like "Perks". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put Employee Activities under Benefits as well.
Pay section: we have "Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay, incentives, and bonuses, and reward experience." That's prose.
Schedule section: "Work Week: Our standard work week is Monday through Friday, with exceptions for critical needs."
Now About the role: we need to include safety culture, leadership development, core values, mission, servant leadership, employee activities (maybe already in benefits), company overview, primary function (maybe already in responsibilities). But we should not duplicate. We can put a prose summary that includes safety, leadership development, core values, mission, servant leadership, company overview, and maybe mention that role supports transportation.
Let's craft About the role paragraph:
