Transportation Bus Driver (Open-Until-Filled)

Minimum Requirements

• Five years previous driving experience required.
• Ability to demonstrate mechanical skills as needed.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s license MVReport – showing no more than the allowable points against Driver’s License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1

Requirements

• Prior To Start Date: Valid Arizona Commercial Driver’s License, Class B, and current Arizona School Bus Driver Certificate required within ten days of hire.
• CDL training is provided by the district during the first week of employment.
• Post-Offer/Pre-employment ADOT Medical Certificate with Lift Test required.
• Must submit to a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol screen.
• CPR and First Aid Certification, certification must be maintained current during course of employment.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
• Azariah IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Bloodborne Pathogen training offered by TUSD Risk Management Department.

Pay

This position pays $22.18 per hour with CDL. Credit is given for experience up to $25.75 per hour.

Schedule

The position pays $22.18 per hour with CDL. Credit is given for experience up to $25.75 per hour. Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
