Transportation Associate

What You'll Do

• Circulate regularly around Tesla sites to identify and resolve suspicious activities, parking infractions, unauthorized parking, vanpool rider concerns, and congestion issues.
• Made-informed decisions within your scope and communicate effectively with vendors, site leadership, and employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding parking, shuttles, vanpools, and electric vehicle charging.
• Enforce Tesla’s Parking Policy, maintaining order while educating and balancing enforcement with fairness.
• Collaborate closely with Tesla teams on various requests, projects, and operational needs.
• Accurately document parking violations by issuing citations and completing all necessary paperwork.
• Monitor and inform leadership teams of delays or impacts to site staffing in the event of traffic or shuttle issues.

What You'll Bring

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills.
