Transportation Analyst II
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: About Us (company description), About This Opportunity (job title, position type, classification, schedule), Position Overview, Key Accountabilities (with sub-bullets), Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred), Physical Setting, Benefits, plus some legal boilerplate (EEO, at-will, etc.) which we should remove. Also there is a line: "This job summary is intended to be brief..." which is boilerplate; remove. Also "Successful completion of pre-employment screening..." remove. Also "Are you ready to Be Foremost? Apply today at" remove. We need to produce HTML with headings
for sections like About Us, Position Overview, Responsibilities (maybe Key Accountabilities), Requirements (Qualifications), Benefits, maybe Schedule (they gave schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM On call as needed after hours, holiday and weekends). That is schedule info. Should we create a Schedule section? The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. They do state schedule, so we can include Schedule section. Benefits they state, so include Benefits. Pay not mentioned, so omit Pay.
We also have About Us section (company description). Should we include that? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They gave examples but not limited to those; we can also include About Us if content exists. However they said "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". About Us is not job title, it's company description. It's substantive. So we can include About Us
.
We also have Position Overview (maybe could be considered Responsibilities). But we have Key Accountabilities which are responsibilities/duties. We could combine Position Overview into a
under Responsibilities or as its own section? The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have sections: About Us, Responsibilities (combining Position Overview and Key Accountabilities), Requirements (Minimum and Preferred Qualifications), Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also Skills? But we have qualifications covering skills. Could combine Requirements and Skills? But they said we can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills as possible headings. We need to decide. We have Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could put them under Requirements (or Qualifications). Since they are qualifications, we could use
Qualifications
and list Minimum and Preferred as subpoints maybe usingor
- . But we need to preserve all substantive info. We'll list them as
- for each bullet.
We also have Physical Setting (hybrid, travel, etc.) Could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section like Work Environment. Not in the list of headings but we could include as a
under Requirements or as its own section like "Work Environment". However instruction says prefer few substantive sections; we could incorporate Physical Setting into Requirements or maybe a separate section "Work Environment". Since it's not explicitly listed as a heading example, but we can still use
if we want. However they said use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive list. So we can add other headings if needed. But to keep few sections, we could incorporate Physical Setting into Requirements or maybe a separate "Work Environment". I'd incorporate into Requirements as a note. We also have schedule info: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM On call as needed after hours, holiday and weekends. That's schedule. We have Benefits list. We need to remove boilerplate: Equal Opportunity Employer, At-will employer, pre-employment screening, etc. Also remove "This job summary is intended to be brief..." and "Are you ready to Be Foremost? Apply today at". Also remove duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. Now produce HTML. Structure:

or incorporate into Qualifications. Since we already have Qualifications section, we could add aafter qualifications for Physical Setting. But to keep sections few, maybe add a
Work Environment
. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding Work Environment adds another section; but we already have About Us, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule (5). Adding Work Environment makes 6. Could be okay. But we could incorporate Physical Setting into Qualifications as a note. However it's not a qualification but a work condition. Might be better as its own section. Let's add Work Environment.
