Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities in a public transportation and government location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observed activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verify authorized access when required, and report unusual conditions, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.
• Support travelers, visitors, and staff with directions and general assistance while maintaining awareness of site activity and following post orders and incident reporting procedures.

Benefits

• Part-Time Pay Rate: $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Schedule

• DayTime: Tue 11:30 PM - 08:00 AM, Thur 11:30 PM - 08:00 AM, Sat 11:30 PM - 08:00 AM

Pay

• Hourly Pay Rate: $19.23
• Hourly Bonus: $4.30

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
