About the Opportunity:The TRANSPORTATION ADJUSTER - BILINGUAL role is responsible for managing personal auto and commercial transportation claims, including collision, cargo, property damage, bodily injury, and commercial liability exposures. This position ensures thorough investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The role significantly contributes to maintaining client satisfaction and operational efficiency by handling increasingly complex claims and collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities:Investigate and evaluate transportation-related insurance claimsNegotiate and resolve claims efficientlyCollaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and medical providersManage claims documentation and maintain accurate recordsControl loss adjustment expenses and recommend reservesProvide timely client reportingSet and maintain claim diariesMonitor and report situations affecting claimsPerform other assigned tasks relevant to claims handling Requirements:Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing)Minimum of 5 years commercial transportation experience preferredValid Texas all lines license required; additional licenses (Florida, New Mexico) a plusLitigation experience requiredStrong report writing and time management skillsEffective communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbove average computer skillsTeam-oriented approach Pay Range and Compensation Package:$70,000 to $90,000 per year Benefits & Perks:Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans401(k) plan with employer matchingPaid time off policies including discretionary and vacation timePaid holidaysLife insurance and disability coverage Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
