Transport Support Worker-PART TIME

About the role

Do you have experience working with children and families? Do you want to continue on this path? We are looking for a Transport Support Worker to join our team! As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You’ll play a critical role in promoting the well-being of children, participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in child and family services.

Compassionate, eager-to-learn individual passionate about helping families in times of crisis, working to build healthy, long‑lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and punctuality.
• Commitment to advocacy for children and their families.
• Evening availability for at least one day a week.
