Transport Support Worker-PART TIME

About the role

Transport Support Worker provides transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system, promoting child well‑being, participating in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinating with other agencies delivering Permanency Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation and visitation support for children and families in the child welfare system.
• Promote the well‑being of children.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in child and family services.
• Completion of a Predictive Index assessment (5‑7 minutes) – assessment link.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility, punctuality, and commitment to advocacy for children and families.

Schedule

• Part‑time position – up to 20 hours per week.
• Requires availability to work on Sundays.
• Evening availability required for at least one day each week.

Pay

Average hourly rate: $14.55 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
