How you’ll make an impact in this role

Provide life-saving advanced care to stabilize critically ill patients during high-stakes transport and scene response.
Partner with elite clinical teams to execute complex protocols that directly improve patient survival and recovery.
Bridge the gap in care by delivering precise, real-time patient updates to receiving trauma and medical units.
Maintain a high state of mission-readiness by ensuring all life-support equipment is primed and safety-compliant.

Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

• Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
• Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Paramedic credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
• Certification specializing in ER Vehicle Operation preferred
• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred
• Certified Prehospital Trauma Life Spprt preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

Education and Work Experience

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
• Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
