Responsibilities
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, social events, and other external activities in a well-maintained vehicle
- Verify resident identity and ensure proper documentation is completed for each trip
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including trip logs and mileage logs
- Ensure that all transportation services are provided in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Develop strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the transportation team to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination of transportation services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Driver's License
