Requirements
- Valid Class D driver’s license or Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement (Class B).
- If you currently hold a license other than Class D, you must upgrade to a Class D before applying. Appointments to upgrade can be scheduled online at dps.ms.gov/appointment.
- Applicants who are in the process of obtaining a Class D should note this on their application.
