About the role
As a Transport/Companion Aid, you will play a vital role in our care delivery team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Escorting patients to and from appointments, therapy sessions, and other off-site activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Providing companionship and emotional support to patients during transportation and in their daily routines
- Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participating in activities and events that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being among residents
Responsibilities

Requirements
Requirements for this position include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required

Pay
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
Schedule
Shifts are typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend and evening hours available.
