Transplant Social Worker LCSW

Provides psychosocial assessments, counseling, and referrals for treatment and/or higher level of care to recipients and donors throughout the transplant process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for transplant recipients and donors.
• Provide counseling and support throughout the transplant process.
• Make referrals for treatment and/or higher levels of care as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners.
• One year of LCSW experience.
• Transplant or oncology experience preferred.
