About the Role

The Division of Nephrology, Department of Medicine at the University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System is seeking a Nephrologist, Open Rank Non-Tenure System, to participate in the clinical, teaching, and research activities of the Division.

Responsibilities

• Participate in scholarly activities.
• Engage in the division’s clinical programs.
• Contribute to the full range of educational and mentoring activities for students, residents, and fellows.
• Provide clinical support on both the transplant nephrology inpatient service and the outpatient clinic.

Requirements

• MD/DO, Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine Nephrology.
• Completed fellowship in Nephrology or fulfilled UNOS equivalent training requirements.
• Illinois state license prior to start date.

Pay

The budgeted salary range for the position is $238,000 to $248,876.
