Transplant Nephrologist

We are seeking a board-certified or eligible Transplant Nephrologist to join a collaborative transplant program within a leading regional health system. This role offers a balanced practice combining transplant nephrology and general nephrology responsibilities, including Inpatient transplant care and multidisciplinary roundsMedical management of kidney transplant recipients, immunosuppression, and graft evaluationShared inpatient consults and transplant nephrology call dutiesOutpatient clinics for pre- and post-transplant evaluations, including living donorsParticipation in organ offer reviews and recipient selectionEngagement in quality improvement and program development The ideal candidate will have Recent experience managing transplant patientsInterest in expanding and modernizing the transplant programStrong communication and collaborative skillsA commitment to patient-centered care, education, and research This position provides academic appointment opportunities with involvement in teaching, clinical collaboration, and leadership.
