Required Qualifications

• The ideal candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) from an accredited institution.
• Candidates will bring expertise in abdominal organ recovery surgery, a solid research foundation with experience in experimental design and scientific writing, and a collaborative spirit.
• Familiarity with animal models and a strong understanding of organ physiology and preservation science are valuable assets.
• Flexibility for night/weekend work is essential due to the nature of organ procurement.
