We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "About WSP" maybe? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine sections. We need to extract content: The posting includes: - Intro: "This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Transmission Siting and Permitting Lead in New England. This position will be located in our Providence, Rhode Island office, with other New England offices as a potential. Be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges. The primary focus for this Transmission Siting and Permitting Project Leader will be on electric transmission line and substation routing and siting, along with renewable energy development projects in Rhode Island and adjacent states. The ideal candidate will have an established and successful history of experience in Rhode Island, experience with the Rhode Island Energy Facility and Siting Board and will be a collaborative and responsive professional with strong communication and organizational skills." That's about the role. Then "Your Impact" bullet list (actually sentences). Those are responsibilities. Then "Who You Are" with Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Then "WSP Benefits:" description. Then "Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $111,200 - $155,000" plus explanation. Then "About WSP" description. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (Your Impact), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications maybe combine?), Skills (maybe part of qualifications), Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present, so omit. We must not create sections with filler. So include only those with content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like location, focus, etc. We need to avoid duplication: The "About WSP" appears twice (once after Compensation and again later). We should include only once? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we should include only one instance of the About WSP description. Also remove EEO etc. So we will omit the Equal Opportunity Employer line and notice to third party agencies. Also remove application instructions (none present). Also remove cookie/navigation/legal. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    Benefits

WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career. These benefits include coverage related to medical, dental, vision, disability, and life; retirement savings; paid sick leave; paid vacation (or other personal time); paid parental leave; and paid time off for purposes of bereavement, voting, and/or attendance at naturalization proceedings.

    Pay

Expected Salary (all locations): $111,200 - $155,000. WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

We might also include About WSP? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." About WSP is somewhat generic but could be considered substantive. However, we already have About the role. The About WSP description is similar to benefits but could be omitted as it's somewhat boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. About WSP is not exactly boilerplate but could be considered generic marketing. However, we might keep it as a section "About WSP". But the instruction says prefer few sections; we already have many sections. Could combine About WSP into About the role? But About the role is about the position, not the company. The About WSP description is separate. Might be okay to include as a section. But we need to check if we are duplicating content: The About WSP paragraph appears twice in the original; we should include only once. Let's add:

    About WSP

WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms. Dedicated to serving local communities, we are engineers, planners, technical experts, strategic advisors and construction management professionals. WSP USA designs lasting solutions in the buildings, transportation, energy, water and environment markets. With more than 15,000 employees in over 300 offices across the U.S., we partner with our clients to help communities prosper. www.wsp.com WSP provides a flexible and agile workplace model while meeting client needs. Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career. At WSP, we want to give our employees the challenges they seek to grow their careers and knowledge base. Your daily contributions to your team will be essential in meeting client objectives, goals and challenges.

But note that some of this repeats benefits description; but we already have Benefits section. Might be considered duplication. The instruction says remove duplicated lines. The About WSP paragraph includes benefits again. Could we trim to avoid duplication? We could keep the About WSP but remove the benefits sentence that repeats. However, we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. If we remove the benefits sentence, we are losing some detail (the benefits mention). But we already have a Benefits section that covers that detail. So it's okay to omit duplicate benefit sentences as they are duplicated. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we can omit the duplicated benefit sentences from About WSP. Thus About WSP paragraph: "WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of WSP, one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms. At WSP, we want to give our employees the challenges they seek to grow their careers and knowledge base. Your daily contributions to your team will be essential in meeting client objectives, goals and challenges." We removed the duplicated benefits sentence. Now we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, About WSP. That's many sections but each has substantive content. We could combine Requirements and Preferred Qualifications into a single "Qualifications" section with subheadings? But the instruction says use

for section headings; we could have one

    Qualifications

    and then inside have

    Required Qualifications:

      ...

    Preferred Qualifications:

      ...
. That would reduce number of sections. That aligns with "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So better to combine. Thus we will have: - About the role - Responsibilities - Qualifications (with required and preferred) - Benefits - Pay - About WSP (optional) That's 6 sections. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: location (Providence, Rhode Island office, other New England offices as potential). Primary focus: electric transmission line and substation routing and siting, renewable energy development projects in Rhode Island and adjacent states. Ideal candidate: experience in Rhode Island, experience with Rhode Island Energy Facility and Siting Board, collaborative, responsive, strong communication and organizational skills. We included that in About the role paragraph? We need to ensure we included all that. Let's craft About the role paragraph to include those details. Original intro: "This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Transmission Siting and Permitting Lead in New England. This position will be located in our Providence, Rhode Island office, with other New England offices as a potential. Be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our
