Transmission Program Analyst
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic counsel and operational support to the stand-alone Transmission leadership team.
- Monitor, track, and sequence processes, procedures, and communications within the team.
- Facilitate governance processes and frameworks utilized in process and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects to completion with clear accountability.
- Utilize and gather data from multiple sources to produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track progress, identify risks, and coordinate mitigation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, rates & regulatory strategy, or operations.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in synthesizing complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to align operational, regulatory and financial priorities with organizational goals.
- Analytical expertise and data management: Skilled in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Collaboration: ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and across all levels of the organization.
- Project leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with clarity and accountability.
