About the role
You will play a key role in supporting MISO’s generation interconnection process through power system analysis studies. In this role, you’ll collaborate with interconnection customers and transmission owners, contribute to process improvements, manage project workstreams, and take ownership of key processes that help drive efficient and reliable grid expansion.
Responsibilities
- Administer simulations and technical analyses effectively.
- Prepare and deliver relevant communications and data to our customers.
- Make contributions to our already highly functional team.
Qualifications
- Education Required: Bachelors or better in Electronics Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience Required: 2 years of experience related to power system planning, operations experience, or related field.
- Prioritized Skills: Previous energy industry experience, Specific experience within any of the following: PSS/E, MUST, TARA, TSAT, and VSAT.
