Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in electric utility transmission design
• Expertise in PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE software
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to mentor and develop staff
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NESC and ASCE
• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
• Business acumen and remote work capability within the U.S.
• Preference for candidates in the Mountain time zone
