Our client in the financial industry is seeking experienced freelance Translators to support a project, fully remote. You must be based in the US to be considered.Our client is seeking experienced freelance translation specialists to provide accurate, culturally appropriate translations of marketing, communications, and customer-facing materials (10 documents per language). Translators will work with their Marketing and Communications teams to translate content from English into one or more target languages while maintaining regulatory compliance, readability, and cultural relevance.Languages Needed --Candidates must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: - Haitian Creole - Nepali - Swahili (Congo) Responsibilities: -Translate marketing, educational, and customer communication materials from English into the assigned target language. - Ensure translations are linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and appropriate for the intended audience. - Maintain the original meaning, tone, and intent of source content. - Review and edit translated materials for grammar, spelling, terminology consistency, and overall quality. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify terminology, messaging, and context as needed. - Adhere to project timelines and delivery schedules. - Complete required translator certification and credential documentation for compliance and record keeping purposes. - Maintain confidentiality of all materials and customer-related information.Required Qualifications: - Native or near-native fluency in the target language. - Professional proficiency in English. - Proven experience translating business, marketing, communications, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated-industry content. - Strong understanding of cultural nuances and regional language variations. - Excellent written communication and proofreading skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience providing certified or professionally validated translations preferred.Preferred Qualifications: - Translation certification from a recognized organization (ATA, CTTIC, NAATI, or equivalent). - Prior experience translating financial services, insurance, employee benefits, or retirement-related communications. - Familiarity with translation quality assurance processes and terminology management.The ideal candidate is a native speaker with professional translation experience who can accurately adapt financial and marketing content for diverse audiences while ensuring linguistic quality, cultural sensitivity, and compliance with organizational standards.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.Benefits Email Your Resume In Word To Zach.Ryan@jobalert.creativecircle.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
