Translator | $80/hr Remote

Contract role, remote. 10–40 hrs/week, $30–$80/hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level Neapolitan language guidance to support AI model development and evaluation.
• Translate written content between Neapolitan and English, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural authenticity.
• Review, edit, and refine Neapolitan texts for clarity, correctness, and stylistic consistency.
• Create and annotate diverse real-world examples to enrich language datasets.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements for existing translations and language models.
• Collaborate with the customer’s team to deliver high-quality, meaningful linguistic input.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Neapolitan with advanced proficiency in English.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both languages.
• Strong background in writing, editing, and translation tasks.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy.
• Ability to convey cultural and contextual meanings effectively.
