Transitions Partner
About the role
The Transition Partner is responsible for the direct contact and communication with high-value prospects and newly affiliated high-value advisors, transitioning their practice to Cetera Wealth Services/NFS. This position is hybrid and will require being in the office 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain meaningful working relationships with financial advisors and their staff.
- Customize transition plans based on advisor, staff, office operations, culture.
- Drive pull-through of assets to convert onto the CWS/NFS platform that aligns with business objectives, subject to change on a quarterly basis.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects at various stages.
- Develop weekly progress reporting personalized to individual advisor effectiveness.
- Product mapping including quality replacements for non-transferable assets.
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure operational procedures are properly maintained and followed.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team on moderately complex and complex issues and projects.
Requirements
BA or BS in Business or related field. FINRA securities licenses 7 & 63 preferred. 5+ years of experience in sales and operational roles with demonstrated success in achieving goals. Project and/or relationship management experience preferred. Ability to articulate feedback in a way that others can comprehend. Experience partnering with leadership on various campaigns. Exceptional presentation skills and demonstrated leadership characteristics. Results-oriented and proactive with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives/projects concurrently.

Pay
The base annual salary range for this role is $55,000 to $101,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
Schedule
This position is hybrid and will require being in the office 2-3 days a week.
