Transitions Experience Manager

About the role

Redstone Residential is a national student and multi-family housing operator managing more than 38,000 beds across 20 states. As one of the largest third‑party student housing management companies in the U.S., Redstone combines industry‑leading systems with a high‑energy culture to deliver exceptional property performance and resident experiences. The company's purpose is “to empower our people and elevate communities,” guided by core values: We Are Believers, We Communicate Authentically with Care, We Stay The Course, We Drive Performance.

We are hiring a Transitions Experience Manager to be the face of Redstone for every new client and incoming on‑site team, guiding each property through the full transition journey from the moment the Property Management Agreement is signed through a confident Day 60. You will be the single point of contact for clients and department heads, blending warm, high‑end hospitality with sharp back‑end execution in Entrata, working directly with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and across departments to keep transitions on schedule, on‑brand, and stress‑free. This role is based out of our corporate office in Provo, UT, with regular travel to properties across the portfolio (typically 1–2 Tier 1 takeovers per month) and annual travel to the company leadership Summit.

Responsibilities

• Transition‑In: Own the client relationship from PMA signing through Day 60; serve as the single point of contact; project warmth and high‑end hospitality; manage the transition checklist (RFI collection, data prep, Entrata configuration, Go‑Live migration);
