TRANSITIONAL SERVICES COORD

What You Will Do

• Supervise a caseload of approximately 13 students.
• Afford assistance with facilitating court hearings, Probation Officer, visits, student visits and/or home passes.
• Meet with students to review progress.
• Assist in coordinating activities with other program staff.
• Participate in assessments and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Social Work, or Sociology.
• Experience in case management.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screening, physical, and TB test.

Schedule

5 days a week to include a weekend day (Current schedule Monday-Friday).

Pay

$46,400 Annually

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Transitional Services Coordinator at Les Peters Youth Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida. Located just a short drive from some of Florida’s most beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, Tampa offers the perfect blend of vibrant city life and easy access to sun, sand, and sea. Les Peters Academy is a moderate risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program.
