Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Clinical Professional Development Educator, you will:
- Design and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for nurses, interprofessional staff, and other caregivers
- Conduct orientation to promote a positive learning environment and integrate HCA Healthcare’s values and culture
- Identify learning needs and assess practice gaps to plan educational activities
- Partner with the Clinical Education Market Director to review and refine education initiatives
- Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based evaluation methods to measure and improve program effectiveness
- Promote a spirit of curiosity, teamwork, and lifelong learning
You will need:
- A Basic Cardiac Life Support (R.N.)
- A Bachelors Degree
