In this position, you will be transporting loaded and empty trailers, singles or doubles, from GFS Distribution Centers or from point-to-point via night transit. Schedule

• Sunday – Thursday
• Start times range between 7–9:30pm and work until finished

Pay

• Component Pay: Pay per day and per trip
• Drivers are averaging $42 per hour!

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Class A CDL License at hire
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience with your class A
• Must have prior experience operating double trailers
• Doubles (T) endorsement required
• No Auto Restriction; must be able to operate a 10 speed transmission
• Must be able to push and pull up to 50lbs (connecting trailers)
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork and follow verbal instructions)
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards
• You must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent in order to be considered for employment
