Transformation Product Analyst
Location: Vienna, Virginia
Duration: 6+ months
Work eligibility: U.S. citizen, green‑card holder, or authorized to work in the United States.
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
About the role
We are looking to hire experienced transformation practitioners who can operate between business and technology, translate complex concepts into actionable decisions, drive readiness and execution, and provide continuity across multi‑year modernization efforts. The role will augment the existing team and is intended to be a long‑term partnership for the duration of the project.
Responsibilities
- Translate business and technology concepts into actionable decisions.
- Drive product and operational readiness planning.
- Manage dependencies and impact across initiatives.
- Design operating models and workflows.
- Create governance, controls, documentation, and traceability.
- Support enterprise product capability build‑out as part of a cloud core transformation.
- Partner with technical teams and business product lines to deliver enablers and ensure strategic fit.
