Transfer & Inventory Lead (2nd Shift)

About the role

The Inventory & Transfer Lead Associate position at Chadwell Supply is a dynamic role designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires a combination of strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Selects product from warehouse stocking locations to fill pick ticket orders.
• Maintains company standards for accuracy and promptness in pulling the proper items in the proper quantity.
• Accurately and legibly records pulled quantities and product serial numbers on pick ticket documents or in related computer programs.
• Packages and prepares pulled orders in a manner as directed by management, including labeling of packages as to customer name.
• Affords assistance in staging and loading pulled orders into delivery vehicles.
• Affords assistance in unloading product from receiving containers as needed.
• Affords assistance in product stocking and additional warehouse projects as needed.
• Affords assistance in down-stocking from overstock to ensure that warehouse picking locations are filled to desired levels for order pulling efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensures accurate recording of all stocked products by bin location and quantity in the computer system.
• Performs daily inspection of warehouse aisles and areas, providing written notification of unsafe conditions to the Inventory Control Manager.
• Performs and completes daily cycle counting, and processes customer and vendor returns.
• Submits all daily cycle count paperwork and communicates specific count or product issues to the Inventory Control Lead via cycle count documents.
• Records, processes, and restocks all customer returns delivered by Chadwell Supply drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be in good physical condition and capable of lifting in excess of 60 pounds, standing for extended periods of time, able to climb steps and ladders, and capable of bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps, stairs, and down ramps and walkways.
• Must have previous experience operating warehouse equipment including sit down forklifts, standing forklifts, and standing order selectors.
• Must have previous leadership experience of at least 1 year.
• Must have previous management experience of 4 or more people.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisor or leadership role preferred.

Pay

• $20-24/Hour Based on Experience and Performance-Based Bonuses!

Schedule

• Full Time, Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 12:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS AND PAID HOLIDAYS OFF!).
