About the role
Works with a multidisciplinary team to support day-to-day management of transfers into FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Collects pertinent demographic data
- Determines and utilizes real-time data entry
- Provides FirstComm staff with all necessary information for transports
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates degree preferred
- Current NC EMT Paramedic certification; National Registry and Critical Care EMT-P preferred
- Current certification in BCLS, ITLS or PHTLS, ACLS, PALS
- Instructor preferred
- Current valid NC or SC driver's license (as appropriate) with a good driving history
- 5 years full-time experience in a paramedic position
- One year EMS Telecommunications experience preferred
- One year experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred
