Transfer Center Agent - Full Time - Evening

Responsibilities
- Answers telephones in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Utilizes professional tone and demeanor in all communication.
- Collaborates with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to arrange appropriate and timely transportation based on established protocols.
- Escalates barriers and concerns using applicable policies and procedures as well as chain of command.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Emergency medical services experience, computer literacy, medical terminology, excellent communication skills, flexible and adaptable to change, ability to multitask.
- Licenses and Certifications Preferred: Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, AHA Basic Life Support.
Pay
Minimum rate of $21.73 Hourly
