Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)
• Offer companionship and supervision support in the client's home or facility
• Monitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinator
• Document activities and observations in Well-Sky
• Maintain active and timely communication with the scheduling team

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
Candidates who do not meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified.

• Valid driver's license — required; no license, no further process
• Reliable personal transportation, to travel between clients in the Mansfield area
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. — documentation required to complete the I-9
• Schedule availability for morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends
• Social Security Number (SSN), required for background check and payroll
• Active cell phone, for communication with the team and clients

Required Documents for the Hiring Process

  • Direct deposit banking information (optional but recommended)
• Certifications
  • CNA, HHA, or CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)
  • At least 1 professional reference from a previous caregiving role

Pay

$13 - $15 per hour
