Transactional Associate Attorney
About the Role
A growing and respected Michigan firm is seeking talented mid-level Transactional Associates to join their Grand Rapids office. Attorneys will have 2-8 years of experience practicing in either corporate/M&A transactions, real estate transactions, or financing/banking transactions. Candidates must be able to draft and negotiate ancillary agreements and conduct due diligence. Experience leading transactions is a plus.
Candidates in the greater Grand Rapids area as well as those looking to relocate there will be equally considered. Candidates must be either licensed in Michigan or eligible to get licensed.
Pay
Salary will depend on class year and experience level, expected to range roughly between $160,000–$250,000.
