Transaction Services Analyst/Specialist

The ideal candidate would be able to attend a nearby office, but this role is flexible and can be fully remote.

As a Transaction Services Analyst/Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the creation of purchase orders for the Marketing team within the Strategy & Operations board area. This role requires strong expertise in SAP purchasing processes, policies, and internal operational guidelines, as well as a solid understanding of marketing planning structures. You will act as a key operational support partner, ensuring accurate and compliant processing of requests while maintaining high service standards. The role also includes supporting team members through purchase order enablement, initial case reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the creation of purchase orders for the Marketing team within the Strategy & Operations board area
• Ensure accurate and compliant processing of requests while maintaining high service standards
• Support team members through purchase order enablement, initial case reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Monitor incoming requests, manage workflows, and ensure proper request routing and prioritization
• Deliver clear, concise, and efficient support to internal customers

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SAP purchasing processes, policies, and internal operational guidelines
• Solid understanding of marketing planning structures
• Strong understanding of procurement processes
• Deep familiarity with SAP systems and tools, including Ariba, ISP, CRM, and reporting platforms
• Strong stakeholder management skills
