Transaction Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
- Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS
- Cook photography, staging and other listing launch functions
- Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers
- Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
- Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
- Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files
- Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings

- You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
- You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based and results driven
- You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service
- You are service oriented and have leadership skills
- You are excellent at building rapport
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have phenomenal organizational skills
- You are learning based
- You have a high school diploma
- A real estate license is preferred
