Transaction Advisory Services Senior Consultant

About the role

Our management consulting team focuses on our clients’ critical business needs, delivering strategic guidance and financial due diligence across the investment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Research industry and target data
• Build financial models
• Analyze financial statements under GAAP
• Calculate adjustments
• Prepare reports
• Present findings
• Participate in client meetings and site visits
• Assist with project scoping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• PREFERRED: CPA certification
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Transaction Advisory services practice, an Audit or Consulting practice, or Investment Banking
• POC or Over Time Revenue Recognition experience preferred
• Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 20% overnight travel

Pay

The compensation range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is: $85,000-$120,000
