This position supports the rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services group, which conducts due diligence and supports clients across a wide range of industries. As a team member, you’ll interact with clients and colleagues at all levels within the practice.

Responsibilities
- Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic corporate buyers.
- Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high-technology, and healthcare.
- Coordinate with the team and management to align on client expectations, project deliverables, and deadlines.
- Write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- CPA or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions.
- 2+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience across various industries.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel out-of-town to clients.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment.
- Action-oriented, decisive approach with a willingness to take a hands-on role to meet deliverables on time.
Pay
In California, the salary range for an Advisory Senior Associate is $90,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. Salary is one component of CohnReznick’s total rewards package, which also includes a discretionary performance bonus and other benefits.
