About the role
The Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. This individual will work closely with senior team members to analyze financial performance, identify transaction-related risks and opportunities, and provide strategic insights that help clients make informed investment decisions.
Responsibilities
- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
- Analyze historical financial statements, earnings trends, cash flow, and working capital.
- Affiliate in preparing Quality of Earnings analyses and transaction-related reports.
- Identify key financial risks, opportunities, and transaction considerations.
- Develop financial analyses, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Conduct industry and company-specific research to support transaction execution.
- Collaborate with clients, management teams, and internal stakeholders throughout engagements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced transaction environment.
- Contribute to maintaining and strengthening the firm's collaborative culture.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or nationally recognized accounting firm.
- CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred.
- Strong foundation in accounting, financial statement analysis, and audit procedures.
- Prior exposure to healthcare clients is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated interest in mergers & acquisitions, financial due diligence, and transaction advisory work.
- Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Pay
$80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Hybrid schedule (in-office Monday through Thursday)
