About the role

Responsible for leading and managing the operations at Altitude Trampoline Park in Omaha. Oversee daily activities, ensure safety protocols are followed, and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trampoline park operations including setup and breakdown
• Ensure all safety guidelines and policies are adhered to
• Manage and motivate a team of trampoline park staff
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Perform inventory checks and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• First Aid/CPR certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of trampoline park operations and safety standards
