About the role
The Trampoline Park Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations including cleaning, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Ensure all customers are satisfied with their experience
- Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
