About the role
The GMP/GxP Trainer at @HYVE Solutions is responsible for developing and executing training programs for good manufacturing practices. This includes managing the content and format of training materials, providing leadership in continuous improvement, and interfacing with all good manufacturing practice groups to ensure training compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes training programs for new and existing employees.
- Manages content and format of training materials for the good manufacturing practices training program.
- Provides leadership in continuous improvement according to GMP and current industry standards.
- Executes training programs for new and existing employees.
- Responsible for execution of group and individual training sessions by team.
- Ensures continuous improvement in the training program.
- Interfaces with all good manufacturing practices groups to provide support and oversight of training compliance.
- Participates in other quality systems activities such as internal audit, inspection preparation, and change control as required.
Requirements
Typically, this role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including experience in developing and delivering training programs, is preferred. Proficiency in GMP guidelines and industry best practices is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Pay
Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
