Training Supervisor

About the role

This position supervises daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assigns tasks, manages workflow, and trains warehouse associates.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitors KPIs, maintains a safe and clean work environment, and ensures compliance with safety and government regulations.
• Oversees equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and incident reporting.
• Conducts pre-shift meetings, manages staffing, and supports associate development.
• Assists with labor relations and maintains department goals.
• Ensures proper documentation, safety standards, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 3+ years warehouse experience and 1+ year supervisory experience.

Skills

• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, and perform warehouse tasks in a moderate to high noise environment.
